2. What data do we process, and why?
Enquiries and consultations
When you email us or use the contact form, we process your name, email address, company name and phone number (if you provide them), a short description of your project, and the content of our correspondence.
The contact form does not store anything on the website. The button opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and processing starts when that email reaches us.
| Purpose | Answering your enquiry, arranging a consultation, preparing a proposal. |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). After a proposal, retention is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing the history if the discussion resumes later. |
| Retention | One year from our last contact. If we enter into a contract, contract data is kept as the contract and the law require (for example, eight years for accounting records under Hungarian law). |
Website server logs
Our hosting provider's server automatically logs technical data needed to run and secure the website: IP address, time, page requested and browser type. We do not combine this data with other data or use it to identify visitors.
| Purpose | Running the website securely; detecting errors and misuse. |
|---|---|
| Legal basis | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). |
| Retention | For a short period, under the hosting provider's logging rules. |
Cookies and third-party services
